Alpha Eta Gains 28 New Sisters Through Formal Recruitment

Bid day culminated formal sorority recruitment at the University of Mount Union this fall and Alpha Chi delivered welcoming 28 new members to the bonds of sisterhood! The chapter hosted potential new members (PNMs) to a Casino Chi Theme Night, A Hawaiian "Ohana" Philanthropy night where PNMs and sisters made toiletry gift packs for the Alliance Area Domestic Violence Shelter, and a formal dessert featuring cake pops. Alpha Chis are Gearing Up for Recruitment at Mount Union

Formal sorority recruitment at the University of Mount Union is set for September 19 through the 23rd. Sisters will meet and greet potential new members (PNMs) at various events including open houses, a theme party, a philanthropy night, formal dessert, and finally a bid day celebration!

Collegiate member Abbey Chandler, alumnae & advisor Jessie Canavan, and alumnae organization (Beta Psi Beta) representative Sarah Buckel attended the 2012 Alpha Chi Omega National Convention in St. Louis, Missouri, arriving on July 13th and returning home to Ohio on the 17th full of new ideas and a renewed appreciation for the bonds of sisterhood through Alpha Chi Omega!
